Biography

Prof. Bobin Mi is a distinguished orthopaedic surgeon and scientist at Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China. His research focuses on regenerative medicine, biomaterials, stem cells, and musculoskeletal tissue repair. He develops advanced hydrogels and nanocomposite scaffolds for fracture healing and chronic wound repair, while investigating immune, metabolic, and neural mechanisms underlying bone regeneration. His work has been published in leading journals including Bioactive Materials, ACS Nano, Advanced Materials, and Bone Research, with a strong emphasis on translating innovative discoveries into effective clinical therapies.
